Ingredients
- 1/2 c Butter; softened
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 2 c Flour
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Sour cream
- 1 1/2 c Peeled chopped apples
- MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING----------------
- 1/2 c Packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans
- 2 tb Butter; softened
- 1 ts Apple pie spice
Directions
Yield: 9 Servings
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" square baking
pan.
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a
time, beating well after each addition. Stir
flour, baking soda and salt together; mix with
butter mixture. Add apples; transfer to baking
dish. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over
batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests
done.
