Ingredients:
1/2 c Butter; softened1 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 ts Vanilla 2 c Flour 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Sour cream 1 1/2 c Peeled chopped apples MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING---------------- 1/2 c Packed brown sugar 1/2 c Chopped pecans 2 tb Butter; softened 1 ts Apple pie spice
Directions:
Yield: 9 ServingsPreheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" square baking pan. Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir flour, baking soda and salt together; mix with butter mixture. Add apples; transfer to baking dish. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done. | |
