Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 lb.. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. horseradish

Directions

Mix 2 1/4 lb cream cheese and 3/4 cups milk.
Blend well. Add: 3/4 cup chopped onion, 3 lb. Bacon, fried and crumbled, and 1 tbsp. horseradish. Stir well. Place in small ovenproof containers. Bake at 375* F until hot and bubbly, about 15 mins. Serve hot. Garnish with crumbled fried bacon.
Serve with assorted raw vegetables and crackers.
Can be assembled ahead of time.
