Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tblsp. sugar
- 3 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 3 eggs
Directions
Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Stir in corn. Stir in beaten eggs and pour into well buttered casserole. Bake in a hot water bath at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. This doubles and triples nicely, but bake a little longer.
