Corn Pudding Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter1/4 cup flour 2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tblsp. sugar 3 3/4 cup milk 3 cups fresh or frozen corn 3 eggs
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until thick. Stir in corn. Stir in beaten eggs and pour into well buttered casserole. Bake in a hot water bath at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. This doubles and triples nicely, but bake a little longer. |
