Ingredients
- equal parts tomatoes and kirbies
- olive or vegetable oil
- lemon juice(optional)
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Directions
dice vegetables into one inch pieces.
toss with enough oil to coat and seasonings to taste. Refrigerate no more than 1/2 hour before serving. This salad doesn't keep well so only make as much as you will need for one meal.
