israeli tomato and cucumber salad Recipe | |

Ingredients:
equal parts tomatoes and kirbiesolive or vegetable oil lemon juice(optional) salt pepper garlic powder
Directions:
dice vegetables into one inch pieces.toss with enough oil to coat and seasonings to taste. Refrigerate no more than 1/2 hour before serving. This salad doesn't keep well so only make as much as you will need for one meal. |
