Ingredients

  • Makes 1.5 cups
  • 1 cucumber (125g)
  • 1 (250 ml) cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

1 Wash and grate the cucumber.
2 Place in a sieve, squeeze gently and remove as much moisture as possible.
3 Mix all ingredients.
4 Use as a dip or as a sauce.
