Ingredients:
Makes 1.5 cups1 cucumber (125g) 1 (250 ml) cup natural yoghurt 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1 Wash and grate the cucumber. 2 Place in a sieve, squeeze gently and remove as much moisture as possible. 3 Mix all ingredients. 4 Use as a dip or as a sauce. |
