Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 2 eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 1/2 cups flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup mashed bananas
 - 1/2 cup nuts
 - 1/2 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
 
Directions
1. Cream the butter and sugar. 
 2. Add eggs and vanilla. 
 3. Add dry ingredients; mix until just blended. DO NOT OVERMIX.
 4. Mix in bananas, nuts, and sour cream until just blended. 
 5. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 F (325 F for dark pans) for 1 hour.
