Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsps. sugar, mixed with
  • 1 1/2 Tbsps. cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon butter flavoring
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1 Tablespoon butter flavoring

Directions

Blend cake mix, oil and margarine in large mixer bowl. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, with mixer, then beat according to directions on cake mix box. Fold in sour cream, nuts and flavoring. Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased and floured 10-inch bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over batter; pour remaining batter in pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until tests done. Remove from oven and cool in pan for 5 minutes. Turn cake out on plate. Blend together powdered sugar, vanilla, milk and butter flavoring. Spoon over cake while cake is still warm.
