Ingredients

  • 2 Cups fresh chopped pineapple
  • 3 to 4 fresh jalapenos, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small purple onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.
