Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz. cans canned sliced peaches in juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Drain peaches well. Place in a ungreased, large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, cornstarch and lemon juice. Toss lightly to coat. In a bowl mix together oatmeal, butter, brown sugar and salt. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes.
