Balsamic is sweeter and not so acidic but part of the taste will depend on the flavor of the berries you use.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of fresh hulled strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
- Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

Directions
Arrange salad items on bed of spinach leaves. Top with Strawberry Balsamic Dressing and serve with a whole grain roll and glass of milk for main dish entrie or serve = portion (side dish portion) with 4 ounces grilled beef, chicken or fish along with whole grain roll and milk for complete meal.
