Strawberry Balsamic Dressing Recipe

  American Dressing

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of fresh hulled strawberries
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (to taste)
1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

Strawberry Balsamic Dressing
1/3 cup of fresh hulled strawberries

1-2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar (to taste)
1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)

Directions:
Arrange salad items on bed of spinach leaves. Top with Strawberry Balsamic Dressing and serve with a whole grain roll and glass of milk for main dish entrie or serve = portion (side dish portion) with 4 ounces grilled beef, chicken or fish along with whole grain roll and milk for complete meal.

Balsamic is sweeter and not so acidic but part of the taste will depend on the flavor of the berries you use.
