If you like oysters, this is a great appetizer.
Ingredients
- 12 Large Oysters
- 2T Lemon Juice
- 1T Dried Tarragon
- 1T Margarine
- 2T Finely minced onion
- 2T Parmesan Cheese
- 1-10 oz.Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed; squeese dry.
- 1/8 t. Tobasco
Directions
Look over oysters to be sure there are no shell fragments. Drain slightly. Place oysters in greased (PAM) muffin pan. Melt margarine add lemon juice, onion, taragon & tobasco in skillet over med. heat (5-min.). Add spinach, cook 2-3 min. Top each oyster w/1 T spinach mixture. Sprinkle w/Parmesan cheese. Bake 450 10 min.
