Ingredients
- 3 c. chicken breast, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. dried rosemary , crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced
- 8 Cups Raw Spinach Pieces (Chilled), washed and dried
Directions
Places chicken pieces in a bowl with a lid. In a jar with a lid, shake together oil, lemon juice, garlic salt, sugar, mustard, rosemary and pepper. Pour over chicken pieces. Mix gently. Cover with lid and refrigerate 1 to 4 hours. Just before serving combine with parsley, onions and spinach.
