Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat (cooked)
  • 1/2 head cabbage (grated)
  • 1 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg. large egg rolls

Directions

Mix ground meat, cabbage, bell pepper and onion in bowl.
Beat egg in a small bowl, set aside. Put apart egg rolls and
place 2 spoonfuls of mixture in each one. Fold 2 corners in
middle then roll the rest of the way up. Dip finger in egg and
touch tip of corners so it will stay rolled up. Fry in oil
until golden brown. Serve hot with soy sauce as dip.
