Ingredients

  • 3 tblsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 garlic clove, crushed through a press
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme or rosemary, stripped from the stems
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add the corn and stir to blend and heat through, about 1 minute.
2. Add thyme or rosemary and a light grinding of black pepper. Serve at once.
