Corn Mediterranean Style Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 tblsp. olive oil 1/2 garlic clove, crushed through a press 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme or rosemary, stripped from the stems Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Saute garlic in olive oil. Add the corn and stir to blend and heat through, about 1 minute. 2. Add thyme or rosemary and a light grinding of black pepper. Serve at once. |
