Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 32 oz. hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 1 cup water salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
  • 1 tbsp. margarine

Directions

Brown ground beef in a non-stick skillet ; drain well and transfer to crockpot. Combine chopped onion, garlic powder, potatoes, salt & pepper to taste. Pour over meat in crockpot. Stir. Mix gravy and boiling water. Pour over mixture. Dot with margarine. Cover and cook 7 to 8 hours on low.
