Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 7 ounce can diced green chilies (whole) roasted
  • 1 lb. jack cheese or cheddar cheese (reduced fat or fat free ok)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups milk (I use 2%)
  • 1 cup biscuit mix

Directions

Melt margarine. Mix with green chilies. Spread into pan and cover with cheese. Mix eggs, salt, milk, and biscuit. Pour over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350.
