Chile Relleno Casserole Recipe | |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine1 7 ounce can diced green chilies (whole) roasted 1 lb. jack cheese or cheddar cheese (reduced fat or fat free ok) 3 eggs 3/4 tsp. salt 2 cups milk (I use 2%) 1 cup biscuit mix
Directions:
Melt margarine. Mix with green chilies. Spread into pan and cover with cheese. Mix eggs, salt, milk, and biscuit. Pour over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350. |
