Ingredients
- 3 (14-1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup uncooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
Directions
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil; continue to boil for 10 minutes. Add rice; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
