Chicken and Rice Soup Recipe | |

Ingredients:
3 (14-1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth1 cup water 2 cups cubed cooked chicken 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup sliced celery 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup frozen green peas 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2/3 cup uncooked Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
Directions:
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, combine all ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil; continue to boil for 10 minutes. Add rice; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 minutes or until rice and vegetables are tender. Serves 6. |
