Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked dry or canned pink or red beans
  • 2 cups small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. . salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Combine macaroni, beans, peas and carrots, and celery. Mix Italian dressing, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper and toss with other ingredients. Mix well.
