Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked dry or canned pink or red beans
- 2 cups small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. . salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Combine macaroni, beans, peas and carrots, and celery. Mix Italian dressing, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper and toss with other ingredients. Mix well.
