Idaho Bean and Pasta Salad Recipe

  Salad

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked dry or canned pink or red beans
2 cups small shell macaroni, cooked and drained
2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained
1/2 cup sliced celery

Dressing:

1/4 cup Italian dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. . salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Combine macaroni, beans, peas and carrots, and celery. Mix Italian dressing, mayonnaise, parsley, salt and pepper and toss with other ingredients. Mix well.
