Ingredients

  • 36 slices party size rye bread
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese (rectangular) cut each in 6 pieces
  • 1/2 c creamy Russian or Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 can (8 oz) sauerkrut, drained

Directions

Spread bread with dressing; top with beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Arrange on paper plate or serving platter, 10 at a time-heat 2 1/2 -3 minutes on medium-high in microwave until cheese melts.
