Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 4 cloves, chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp. parsley and 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 4 drops hot sauce
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • 1 lg. can crushed tomatoes

Directions

Lightly brown garlic in oil and butter; add parsley, oregano, hot sauce and clams (juice ONLY) and simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 minutes, add clams & heat just enough to get hot. Serve with thin linguini.
