Ingredients

  • 12 oz Plain yogurt
  • 6 oz Light olive oil (I use extra virgin)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp Brown mustard
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Various herbs

Directions

Yield: 24 servings

Mix all ingredients together.
It should be the consistency of ranch dressing.
If too thick, thin with more oil.
Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
