Ingredients
- 12 oz Plain yogurt
- 6 oz Light olive oil (I use extra virgin)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp Brown mustard
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Various herbs
Directions
Yield: 24 servings
Mix all ingredients together.
It should be the consistency of ranch dressing.
If too thick, thin with more oil.
Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
