Sylvie's salad dressing Recipe

  French Dressing

Ingredients:
12 oz Plain yogurt
6 oz Light olive oil (I use extra virgin)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp Brown mustard
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Various herbs

Directions:
Yield: 24 servings

Mix all ingredients together.
It should be the consistency of ranch dressing.
If too thick, thin with more oil.
Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
