Ingredients
- 12 shrimp
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 oz. green onions chopped
- = Tbls. freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 oz. butter
- 1 oz. mixed seasoning
Directions
Preheat butter in sauce pan and add shrimp. Cook shrimp > through. Add mushrooms. When mushrooms are cooked, add seasoning and black pepper. Deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Slight browning of butter is preferred before deglazing.
