SHRIMP CHARDONNAY Recipe

Ingredients:
12 shrimp
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 oz. green onions chopped
= Tbls. freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup white wine
2 oz. butter
1 oz. mixed seasoning

Directions:

Preheat butter in sauce pan and add shrimp. Cook shrimp > through. Add mushrooms. When mushrooms are cooked, add seasoning and black pepper. Deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Slight browning of butter is preferred before deglazing.
