Ingredients

  • 12 shrimp
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 oz. green onions chopped
  • = Tbls. freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 oz. butter
  • 1 oz. mixed seasoning

Directions


Preheat butter in sauce pan and add shrimp. Cook shrimp > through. Add mushrooms. When mushrooms are cooked, add seasoning and black pepper. Deglaze with white wine and reduce slightly. Slight browning of butter is preferred before deglazing.
