Ingredients

  • 12 oz pkg vermicelli
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 4 tbs salad oil
  • 1 tbs lemon pepper
  • 1 tbs Accent
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives
  • 10 oz pkg Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 pint mayonnaise

Directions

Add vermicelli to boiling salted water; boil 3 minutes. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse, drain; fold in lemon juice, oil, lemon pepper, and Accent. Marinate 12 hrs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill. You need a BIG bowl/dish to mix this in! Number of servings depends on the people eating it, but this makes quite a bit.
