Vermicelli Salad Recipe | |

Ingredients:
12 oz pkg vermicelli3 tbs lemon juice 4 tbs salad oil 1 tbs lemon pepper 1 tbs Accent 1 medium onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 cup diced celery 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained 1/2 cup sliced stuffed olives 10 oz pkg Cracker Barrel sharp cheddar, grated 1 pint mayonnaise
Directions:
Add vermicelli to boiling salted water; boil 3 minutes. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes. Rinse, drain; fold in lemon juice, oil, lemon pepper, and Accent. Marinate 12 hrs. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Chill. You need a BIG bowl/dish to mix this in! Number of servings depends on the people eating it, but this makes quite a bit. |
