Ingredients

  • 6 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup candied dill pickle or chopped sweet pickles
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tsp. mustard
  • Salt and seasoned pepper to taste

Directions

Combine bacon, eggs and cheese in bowl; mix well. Add pickle, mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings; mix well. Chill until ready to serve. 8 servings.
