Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Basil
  • 1 1/2 tsps. Oregano
  • 3/4 tsps. pepper
  • 3/4 tsps. sugar, or more
  • 8 oz. pasta--cooked
  • 3 cups mushrooms--thickly sliced
  • 15 Cherry tomatoes--cut in half
  • 1 cup red bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese--crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onion--chopped
  • 3 1/2 oz. Black, whole, pitted
  • 3/4 cups Pepperoni slices--cut into strips

Directions

Mix together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, pepper and sugar. Add renmaining ingredients and toss until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.


Makes 10 cups
