GREEK PASTA SALAD Recipe

  Greek Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsps. Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsps. Basil
1 1/2 tsps. Oregano
3/4 tsps. pepper
3/4 tsps. sugar, or more
8 oz. pasta--cooked
3 cups mushrooms--thickly sliced
15 Cherry tomatoes--cut in half
1 cup red bell peppers, cut into strips
3/4 cup feta cheese--crumbled
1/2 cup green onion--chopped
3 1/2 oz. Black, whole, pitted
3/4 cups Pepperoni slices--cut into strips

Directions:
Mix together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, pepper and sugar. Add renmaining ingredients and toss until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
Makes 10 cups
