Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsps. Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tsps. Basil
- 1 1/2 tsps. Oregano
- 3/4 tsps. pepper
- 3/4 tsps. sugar, or more
- 8 oz. pasta--cooked
- 3 cups mushrooms--thickly sliced
- 15 Cherry tomatoes--cut in half
- 1 cup red bell peppers, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup feta cheese--crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onion--chopped
- 3 1/2 oz. Black, whole, pitted
- 3/4 cups Pepperoni slices--cut into strips
Directions
Mix together oil, vinegar, garlic powder, basil, oregano, pepper and sugar. Add renmaining ingredients and toss until all ingredients are well coated. Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight.
Makes 10 cups
