Ingredients

  • 4 Tbls. Artichoke Paste
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning blend
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. Angel Hair pasta (cooked according to directions on box)

Directions

Melt butter with olive oil. Saute garlic 1 minute, add seasonings and Artichoke paste and heat through (about 2 min.)Toss with warm cooked pasta and serve.
