Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 medium red onion, quartered
- 1 or 2 jalapenos, stemmed and seeded
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place the garlic, onions, chiles, and tomatoes in a blender or food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add in the olive oil and lime juice and pulse until finely chopped. Season to taste.
