Salsa Fresca Recipe

  Mexican Dips

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 medium red onion, quartered
1 or 2 jalapenos, stemmed and seeded
1 lb. ripe tomatoes, seeded and coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Juice of one lime
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Place the garlic, onions, chiles, and tomatoes in a blender or food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Add in the olive oil and lime juice and pulse until finely chopped. Season to taste.
