Ingredients
- 5 lb. coarse ground pork butt
- 3 tbsp. Caraway seeds
- 2 lg. Chopped onions
- 1 tbsp. Black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Pressed garlic
- 1 tbsp. Salt
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbsp. Dill seeds
Directions
Combine all, mix well & stuff in hog casing. Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hr.
