Ingredients

  • 5 lb. coarse ground pork butt
  • 3 tbsp. Caraway seeds
  • 2 lg. Chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp. Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Pressed garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp. Dill seeds

Directions

Combine all, mix well & stuff in hog casing. Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hr.
