Russian Sausage Recipe

  Russian Pork

Ingredients:
5 lb. coarse ground pork butt
3 tbsp. Caraway seeds
2 lg. Chopped onions
1 tbsp. Black pepper
2 tbsp. Pressed garlic
1 tbsp. Salt
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cups water
3 tbsp. Dill seeds

Directions:
Combine all, mix well & stuff in hog casing. Bake at 350* for approximately 1 hr.
