Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp.rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 1/2 Tbsps. sesame oil
- 3 Tbsps.soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1 pasta recipe or 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti, cooked and drained
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Yield: 8 servings
