Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut oil
  • 2 Tbsp.rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 2 1/2 Tbsps. sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsps.soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 pasta recipe or 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Yield: 8 servings
