Chinese Noodles Recipe

  Chinese Pasta

Ingredients:
1/2 cup peanut oil
2 Tbsp.rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
2 1/2 Tbsps. sesame oil
3 Tbsps.soy sauce
1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1 pasta recipe or 1 1/2 pounds of spaghetti, cooked and drained

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Toss well and refrigerate 2 hours, stirring occasionally.Yield: 8 servings
