Ingredients

  • 2 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 c shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
  • tabasco sauce to taste
  • 2/3 cup beer
  • French bread pieces for dipping

Directions

Mix cheese, cornstarch, and mustard until coated. Add Worcestershire sauce and tabasco.
Place beer and cheese mixture into crockpot and heat on heat until melted.
