Beer-Cheese Fondue Recipe | |

Ingredients:
2 c shredded Swiss cheese 2 c shredded mild cheddar cheese 1 T cornstarch 1/2 t dry mustard 1 t Worcestershire Sauce tabasco sauce to taste 2/3 cup beer French bread pieces for dipping
Directions:
Mix cheese, cornstarch, and mustard until coated. Add Worcestershire sauce and tabasco. Place beer and cheese mixture into crockpot and heat on heat until melted. |
