• 1 package (1.5 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups nonfat milk
  • 8 ounces "lite" whipped topping


Stir pudding mix and milk for 1 minute with an electric mixer. Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped topping. Makes 20 servings.

Makes enough frosting for tops of two 8-inch or 9-inch round layers or one 9-inch by 13-inch cake. 54 Calories, 3.8g Protein, 5.6g Carbohydrate, 3.3g Fat
