Ingredients
- 1 package (1.5 oz.) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 8 ounces "lite" whipped topping
Directions
Stir pudding mix and milk for 1 minute with an electric mixer. Using a spatula, gently fold in whipped topping. Makes 20 servings.
Makes enough frosting for tops of two 8-inch or 9-inch round layers or one 9-inch by 13-inch cake.
